Terms of Use
In the event of any discrepancy, the French version available on go-nordik.com shall prevail.
Version 1.0 — 19/09/2026
1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the go-nordik.com website (showcase and personal space) and the Go-NordiK mobile application. Use of the website or the application constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2. User account
- The application works without an account. Creating an account is optional and is used to sync your data between your devices.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your password confidential.
- You can delete your account and your data at any time from the application (Account → “Delete my account and data”) or by writing to contact@go-nordik.com.
3. Service and content
- Training plans, technical advice, routes and analyses are provided for information purposes only; they do not constitute medical advice.
- The safety features (Mountain mode, emergency sheet, alerts) are aids: they guarantee neither network coverage, nor GPS accuracy, nor the absence of risk. Practise under your own responsibility and adapt to the actual conditions.
- Plans are generated automatically (AI or built-in generator); despite the safeguards, an error remains possible. Stop in case of pain and consult a healthcare professional.
4. Offers and subscriptions
The application is free to download. Optional paid offers (monthly or annual Premium subscription, single plan, lifetime offer) are available; when they are purchased through the App Store, billing, renewal and cancellation are handled by Apple under its own terms. Safety is never a paid service.
5. User content
You retain ownership of the routes and data that you create. You grant the service the rights strictly necessary for their synchronisation between your devices. You are responsible for the content that you share (for example a club invitation code).
6. Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is”, without guarantee of continuous availability or freedom from error. Synchronisation requires a network connection. The publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, the service.
7. Personal data
The data processing (local-first, opt-in account, health, synchronisation) is described in the privacy policy.
8. Changes and applicable law
These terms may change; the version in force is the one published on this page. They are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any action; failing that, the French courts shall have jurisdiction under the conditions provided by law.
