Purpose of the site

The site presents the Go-NordiK application and allows, for users who wish to do so, to view their synchronised data (plans, calendar, routes, sessions). Access to the personal space is optional: the application works without an account.

Intellectual property

The Go-NordiK trademark, the logo, the wordmark, the interface and the site content are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited, save for legal exceptions (quotation, linking, private use).

The map data displayed by the application is provided by Apple Maps. Apple, Apple Watch, App Store and HealthKit are trademarks of Apple Inc. OpenStreetMap and the related attributions belong to their respective owners.

Personal data

The data processing is described in the privacy policy. To exercise your rights (access, rectification, portability, erasure, objection): export and deletion from the application, reset from the profile, or contact@go-nordik.com.

Liability

The content (training plans, advice, routes) is provided for information purposes only and does not replace the advice of a healthcare professional. The practice of Nordic walking is undertaken at the user's own responsibility. The publisher implements reasonable means to ensure the availability and accuracy of the site, without guarantee of absence of interruption or error.
